    ONLINE RETURNS/REFUNDS

    Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cleary’s you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. The original box/packaging must also be wrapped in a bag/box – shipping labels should NOT be affixed to the shoe box).

    • Please do not contact the manufacturer regarding refunds – we will handle any issues.
    • Items returned worn or without the original packaging/tags still attached may not qualify for a refund.
    • Items returned with a shipping label affixed to the shoe box will incur an additional fee of $7 for reboxing.

    **Please note that all socks and inserts are considered final sale and no returns will be accepted. **

    To initiate your return please email us at orders@clearyshoes.com to request your return label.

    • Your return label will be sent to you via email – once received please place it on your wrapped/boxed shoe box and drop off with your local USPS post office.
    • Once your package is delivered to our store we will inspect the shoes and process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment.
    • All returns/exchanges are subject to a $8 restocking fee, this will be deducted from your final refund amount.

    30 DAY COMFORT GUARANTEES:

    Some of our brands offer a 30 day comfort guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes during this 30 day window, you may return regardless of wear (as applicable according to brand)

    • 30 day comfort returns may be exchanged or refunded via store credit only
    • FULL REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR 30 DAY COMFORT RETURNS

    EXCHANGES:

    If you need to exchange your (unworn) shoes for a different size, you can do so with 2 easy steps:

    1. Email us @ orders@clearyshoe.com to request a return label (please follow return instructions detailed above)

    2. Place a new order for the correct size 

    Once we receive your return we will process the refund - your new order will process in 1-3 business day and a new tracking link will be issued. 

    • If you are local, you may also visit our store to process your exchange.

    **PLEASE NOTE, ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL INCUR AN $8 RESTOCKING FEE**
